Ground Transportation The closest airport is the San Francisco International Airport (SFO), less than 10 miles away. Taxis to and from the airport cost approximately $25 each way, or you may reserve transportation by contacting Super Shuttle. There is also a Rental Car Center at SFO with service offered by Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz, National and Thrifty. In addition, there is a Hertz office within the San Mateo Marriott that can be reached directly at 650-368-0434. Self parking at the hotel is available to conference attendees for a special price of $10 per day, or you may choose to purchase valet parking for $18. Other airports near the hotel include Oakland International Airport (24 miles away) and San Jose International Airport (27 miles away).
